My name is Michael Wickey. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer serving the greater San Diego Area. There is a lot that goes into personal training, but the one thing that has improved the quality of my training the most has been taking the time to build authentic relationships with my clients. Emphasizing this aspect of my training has made a positive impact in my clients’ results and has allowed me to rely on their referrals to grow my business.
